Located in a magnificent location surrounded by the Cleish Hills, the Ochil Hills, Benarty Hill and the Lomond Hills, visitors are perfectly placed in the cottage for touring Perthshire and Central Scotland. Attractions within easy reach include the Scottish Lowlands biggest loch, Loch Leven - a mecca for birdwatchers with on-site RSPB centre Vane Farm and a choice of bird hides. Attractions around Kinross, a mere 5 miles from the cottage, are within easy reach including architectural jewel Kinross House and Gardens. Golf fans have easy access to premier golf courses, many of which have hosted the Ryder Cup and Open Championships including the King's golf course and the Queen's golf course. The legendary St Andrew's golf links and the British Golf Museum in St Andrews are within easy driving distance. Living space in the cottage is all on the ground floor and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 king-sized bedroom and a second bedroom with both a double bed and a single bed. The open plan lounge/ dining area has Freeview TV and a CD/ radio plus the fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is a well equipped shower room with wash basin and WC. Central heating is throughout and all fuel/ power is included in the property price. Guests are also welcome to use our washing machine and freezer.
