Welcome to The Lodge Cottage at Edenmouth Farm near Kelso, a well appointed three bedroom property ideal for groups of friends or families seeking a welcome break to the Scottish Borders. Set on a picturesque farm, the cottage is one of three and is set in 20 acres of farmland offering beautiful views across the Tweed Valley. The River Tweed is just 300 yards away and offers wonderful opportunities for trout and salmon fishing. The surrounding countryside is a haven for walkers & cyclists and other outdoor activities nearby include golf & horse-riding.
The spacious Lodge offers three bedrooms which are presented as one double and two twin bedrooms all with en suite facilities. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The kitchen offers excellent self catering facilities including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and microwave. The large sitting room offers a feature fireplace and flat screen TV and there is a family dining area seating eight people. The farm offers a communal games room which guests are welcome to use which offers a table tennis table and dartboard.

Beds are made up for your arrival and all towels, electricity and heating charges are included in the rental price. A cot and high chair are available on request if required. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
