The Steading is situated in the traditional holiday village of Newtonmore and is surrounded by fantastic scenery and an amazing variety of attractions and activities. Newtonmore is situated between the Cairngorm and Monadhliath mountain ranges and is the ideal base for exploring the many attractions of the Cairngorm National Park and beyond.

There are a range of outdoor activities within easy reach of the Steading, many of which can can be found within walking distance. At least eleven walks can be taken from the accommodation, from low level walks to strenuous hill walks. Newtonmore Golf Club is also within easy walking distance. Other available activities include fishing, skiing, climbing, mountain biking and water sports on Loch Insh.

Rooms Description

The ground floor is open plan with kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofas. The living area is provided wih a CD player, satellite TV and a DVD player. Books, board games and information about the local area provided for your enjoyment and use. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Specialities

One well behaved dog is welcome but must not be allowed in the bedrooms and must be kept on a lead in the grounds. For the comfort of all our guests we operate a non-smoking policy. A discount is available when more than one week is booked.
