B&B Bungalow Set Within Original Grounds Of Kelso Abbey,with Pleasant Outlook Over Beautiful Garden

Welcome to Abbeyside Bed & Breakfast. Abbeyside is a very spacious bungalow situated in the beautiful town of Kelso, on the banks of the river Tweed. The house sits on the original grounds of the famous Kelso Abbey.

Abbeyside Bed and breakfast is a charming detached house situated two minutes walk from the centre of the lovely town of Kelso in the beautiful Scottish Borders, South East of Scotland.

Rooms Description

This is a traditional Scottish Bed and Breakfast accommodation for guests who enjoy a high level of comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are all en-suite with television,, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and clock radio are provided in all rooms. Room 1 has beautiful views over our walled cottage garden with views of Kelso Abbey. The room has a king size bed which can also be made into twin beds, the room has a large en suite shower room. Room 2 is a twin room with pleasant outlook over our front gardens. It has a large en suite bathroom which includes bidet, bath and separate shower. This room has a lovely sunny outlook. It has a king size bed which also makes into twin beds, a modern en suite shower room is attached. We offer secure private parking for our guests, drying facilities for walkers along with safe and secure storage for bicycles. We have a strict ‘No Smoking’ policy in the house and in the interests of our guests, we regretfully, cannot accommodate young children or pets.

Specialities

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation with a delicious breakfast which includes a selection of fruit, cereals, yoghurts and juice from the ‘cold table’, followed by a traditional full Scottish breakfast or a Continental breakfast both with limitless cups of tea or coffee. All of the produce above is supplied locally. We also offer full use of a lounge area where you may wish to relax in the evening.
