This small, secluded resort as its own trout lake and is located close to Loch Garten where Ospreys can be seen nesting each spring. The resort is also conveniently placed for the Cairngorm ski slopes, with the new retail and leisure at Aviemore Highland Resort just a short distance away.
The resort has a wealth of outdoor leisure activities including tennis courts, archery, an adventure play area, trim trail, fly fishing and trout fishing. The Lochanhully Leisure Club has an indoor pool. This is complemented by sauna, steam room and solarium facilities, plus a snooker table and a games room. A particular attraction for families is the Landmark Visitor Centre, Carrbridge, a fascinating woodland interpretative centre and adventureland, with a wild water coaster, slides, tree top trails and much more.
The accomodation at Lochanhully is in cosy Scandinavian-style chalets, most of which have two bedrooms and an attractive conservatory. The one bedroom chalets sleep four and the two bedroom chalets sleep six in one double and one bunk room with additional sleeping for two in the lounge.
