There is a large and airy living/dining room which is furnished with sofa and comfortable chairs as well as a double sofa bed. TV and DVD players are provided. Directions

From the south — Follow the A1 towards the City Centre. You will pass the Meadowbank sports stadium on your right. Fork right half a mile later, and, at the next large round-about after the traffic lights, turn right into Leith Walk, and turn left at the first traffic lights into Annandale Street. The flats are on your right half way down the street. From the north — Follow directions for the City Centre along Queensferry Street, turn into Queen Street travelling towards Leith. This becomes York Place, at the end of which follow the road round to a large round-about, turn left to another large round-about, take the first exit, and then turn left at the first traffic lights into Annandale Street. The flats are on your right half way down the street.
