The flats have been awarded four stars by the tourist board and make the ideal base for holiday makers wishing to spend time exploring one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The apartments are just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, pubs and clubs as well as the Playhouse Theatre and fashionable Broughton Village.

Each apartment sleeps between two and six people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom. There is a large and airy living/dining room which is furnished with sofa and comfortable chairs as well as a double sofa bed. TV and DVD players are provided. The open plan kitchens are well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.

Directions
From the south — Follow the A1 towards the City Centre. You will pass the Meadowbank sports stadium on your right. Fork right half a mile later, and, at the next large round-about after the traffic lights, turn right into Leith Walk, and turn left at the first traffic lights into Annandale Street. The flats are on your right half way down the street. From the north — Follow directions for the City Centre along Queensferry Street, turn into Queen Street travelling towards Leith. This becomes York Place, at the end of which follow the road round to a large round-about, turn left to another large round-about, take the first exit, and then turn left at the first traffic lights into Annandale Street. The flats are on your right half way down the street.
