The Byre at Low Kirkbride Farm is a new Byre conversion, modern yet full of character.

The living room opens out onto the patio area through French windows and has an L shaped sofa.

The studio has a sofabed, TV, video recorder, videos, bookcase and a selection of books.

We have a games room with Snooker and Ping-pong.

Self Catering Cottage Beautiful Views Of Rolling Countryside, Garden - Dumfries & Galloway

A new spacious and comfortable four star Byre conversion set on an organic farm amidst the beautiful rolling countryside of Dumfries and Galloway. The Byre is situated on a working farm and in the spring time we always have a number of pet lambs that need feeding. There is an abundance of good art and architecture in Dumfries and Galloway and Glenkiln with sculptures by Rodin, Epstein and Henry Moore is just six miles away. There are also opportunities for golf, fishing, pony trekking and cycling in the locality.

The accommodation is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. The living room houses a large L shaped sofa, a multifuel stove, TV and DVD player as well as a small selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The dining area has ample seating for six in addition to two chairs at the breakfast bar which divides the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is well appointed and has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area opens onto a large sandstone patio where you will find outdoor furniture and a barbecue for those al fresco meals.

Rooms Description

Downstairs there are two bedrooms one with a double bed and wet room, floored with non slip tiles. The other bedroom is a family room with one double and two single beds. Upstairs there is the studio with a sofa bed and a twin bedroom with TV.
