Luxury new self catering farm conversion on one level, glorious views from all windows.

Two outstanding new farm building conversions located near the owners farmhouse and finished to the highest standard. Nith Cottage enjoys glorious views from all south facing windows looking across the garden. There is a large farmhouse dining/kitchen equipped with electric range, dishwasher and fridge and french doors leading onto an extensive decked veranda. The lounge has a stone inglenook fireplace and solid fuel stove, leather sofas and TV with digital channels.

Mote Cottage is a detched south facing cottage standing in its own safely enclosed landscaped garden. The spacious living/dining room has double sofa bed, multi fuel stove, TV with free digital channels, DVD/VCR and stereo system. The kitchen is well equipped and has views to the north and east over garden, fields and woodland. There is a patio area complete with furniture and an outdoor children's play area. The one bedroom Farmhouse Annex is similarly well equipped and has a whirlpool bath.

Nith Cottage is equipped with one master double and one twin bedroom. Mote Cottage is equipped with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and also has a double sofa bed in the living area. The Farmhouse Annex has one spacious bedroom with king sized bed.

Specialities

The farm may be of special interest to fishermen with free loch and river fishing, two fishing permits available for the local fishing club, giving additional free fishing on other waters, with access to a stocked trout loch for a small charge.
