Pittullie Is a Beautiful Scottish Self Catering Holiday Cottage Overlooking The Solway Firth

Pittullie holiday cottage is located on the coast of Galloway, looking south over the Solway Firth, 5 miles from Dalbeattie. The village of Rockcliffe, in which the cottage lies, is quiet and unspoiled and was once a popular Victorian holiday retreat. The surrounding area is widely considered to be one of the most picturesque in Scotland and is now designated a 'National Scenic Area'.

The cottage forms part of Barcloy Mill, near Castle Point, and has a view of Rockcliffe's Bay, just a quarter of a mile away. The area is tranquil and the sea is just a five minute walk away. There are a whole host of outdoor activities available in the local area including golf, sailing, riding and bird watching. Eating houses and pubs are also within easy reach.

The property consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and there is additional sleeping for two on a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, hob and combination microwave oven. The lounge has TV, video, DVD player and HiFi CD for your entertainment.
