Magnelia House offers self catering holiday accommodation for up to eight people, close to Dingwall on the Black Isle in Ross-shire. This delightful new build house offers stylish four star accommodation with superb views over Cromarty Firth to Ben Wyvis. This area of Scotland has much to offer the visitor including mountains and glens, castles and gardens, museums and art galleries. Lovers of the great outdoors will find no shortage of activities available within the local area, including sailing, horse riding, fishing and of course, wildlife spotting. Boat trips can be taken to view the Moray Firth dolphins and red kite can often be seen flying around the property!

The cottage is well equipped throughout and the kitchen is complete with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utility room, tumble dryer and washing machine. Other facilities include a television, Hi-Fi, oil fired central heating and radio. For those who are planning to do a spot of walking or cycling there are indoor and outdoor drying facilities for airing out that wet gear. The cottage sleeps eight people in two double bedrooms, one double en-suite bedroom and one twin room. The property is non smoking throughout.
