Juniperhill enjoys a spectacular situation with panoramic views over the Spey Valley.

There is a wooden outdoor play area for our younger visitors to enjoy.

The house is large and comfortably furnished and sleeps up to eight visitors.

To the rear, local wildlife can be see from the back door.

Set Within The Cairngorm National Park, Juniperhill Is a 4 Bedroomed Self Catering House

Juniperhill is a modern detached four bedroom property set in almost half an acre of grounds and enjoying panoramic views across the Spey Valley towards the Cairngorm Mountain Range and surrounding hills. The house is fully non smoking throughout and will comfortably accomodate eight adults. For the comfort of visitors who choose to visit during the colder months the house is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Set within the heart of Badenoch and Speyside district and the Cairngorm National park this is both a scenic location and centre for a wide range of activities. Drumuillie is a small hamlet just outside Boat of Garten (1½ mls) which is a popular village with renowned Golf Course and Hotel in addition to being home to the Strathspey steam railway. An excellent post Office and local store provide for the self catering visitor's shopping needs.

Rooms Description

The sitting room is equipped with a wood burning stove, TV, DVD/video and Sky Freesat digibox. The kitchen/dining room houses a dining table sitting eight people, electric cooker, microwave and grill in addition to a selection of glassware, crockery and cutlery. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with colour TV. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king sized bed, twin bedroom with CD player and a large twin bedroom with sitting area and TV/DVD.

Specialities

Outside guests will find a wooden play area along with barbecue and garden furniture. The garage houses a table tennis table and can be used for the storage of bikes, skis and other equipment. Travel cots, highchairs and new all terrain buggy are available at no extra charge.
