Welcome to Courtyard Holiday Cottage near Kelso, a well appointed property at Edenmouth Holiday Cottages in the Scottish Borders. The cottage offers two bedrooms both with walk in shower rooms, disabled access and modern kitchen facilities. Ideal for those who like to take their pets on holiday as it has an enclosed garden too. There is a fully fitted laundry room is available onsite and guests can also enjoy use of a communal games room. Families are very welcome with a high chair and cot available to on request.
Edenmouth is set in 20 acres of farmland so is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing break as well as golfers, cyclists and walkers. Its proximity to the River Tweed makes it an ideal base for fishermen and our abundant wildlife is a joy for nature lovers and birdwatchers. At certain times of the year Osprey can be seen fishing the Tweed. We have a lock up store and outdoor cleaning facilities for equipment as well as a drying room. Edenmouth is situated just 3 miles from the beautiful town of Kelso which is steeped in history, not least the magnificent Floors Castle, home to the Duke and Duchess of Roxburgh. Kelso offers great independent shopping and dining to suit all tastes. It is an easy drive to Edinburgh or to explore the Borders and Berwick upon Tweed and the Northumberland coast.

There are many places of interest to visit and stunning walks from the farm and nearby. We have an array of books, maps, and local information and are happy to help in any way we can to help make your stay a memorable one.
