Monument Cottage is a beautiful self catering property offering modern amenities in a secluded woodland location, close to village of Monikie. The accommodation is set in a picturesque 88 acres, both pleasing to the eye and steeped in history too. The stunning location makes this the ideal base for lovers of outdoor activities, golfers, families and those seeking a relaxing break in tranquil surroundings. For beach lovers there are a number of good beaches, both sandy and rocky giving great walks and hours of pleasure for the youngsters. The Arbroath cliff top trail offers superb scenery, unique wildlife and the chance to see porpoise and dolphins in the North Sea.

The cottage has been designed to perfectly blend tradition with modern comforts. In the lounge guests will find a lounge with comfortable seating, a log burning stove, TV with Sky Freeview, VCR and DVD for your entertainment. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and enjoys views towards Monikie reservoir and the lawned area.
