Five self catering cottages sleeping between two and four people in the beautiful West Highland coastal village of Plockton. The cottages are set in a quiet corner of the village and enjoy views on all sides yet are just a short walk from local amenities. The village has well stocked shops in addition to the Plockton Hotel and Plockton Inn, both of which have won national awards for their seafood in recent years. Plockton is an ideal base for exploring this part of the Highlands and from here the Isle of Skye, Applecross, Glenelg or even Torridon are within easy reach.

The village was once a thriving fishing village and is now a National Trust for Scotland conservation village. The village itself is centred on Harbour Street, whose seawall protects the village from the high tides of the bay. Here the gardens look directly onto the water, separated from the houses by the street. The warming Gulf Stream allows the palm trees to flourish. There are plenty of good walking routes in the village and nearby and you will find a useful guide to walks in local shops.
