Unique 4 Star Self Catering Cottage, With Lovely Walled Garden In Ballater, Deeside

Gairnshiel Cottage provides 4 star rated self catering accommodation in a quiet position off the main square in the Deeside village of Ballater. The cottage can sleep up to six people but is ideal for two couples, having two double bedrooms with adjacent shower rooms. There are a whole host of attractions within easy reach of the cottage, including Balmoral Castle, the Braemar Gathering, the Lonach Gathering, agricultural shows and the Highland Games.

There are a wide range of outdoor activities available in the local area, including walking, climbing, fishing and pony trekking. Golf can be played at Ballater course or one of the many others in the surrounding area. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has patio doors leading out onto the rear garden. The living area features Nicam stereo, teletext television, video player, CD player and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is ample parking for two cars. The cottage is fully centrally heated and double glazed, making this a comfortable base for a visit to the area, whatever the time of year. The cottage is non smoking throughout. Pets are not permitted in the property.
