Luxury holiday bungalow overlooking the famous Cockle Strand beach with spectacular views. Sleeps up to eight people.

Constructed and fitted to the highest standards Silversands is a luxury self catering holiday bungalow overlooking the Cockle Strand beach at the edge of the Traigh Mhor, 30 metres from the beach with stunning views. The bungalow can sleep up to eight people in it's four spacious bedrooms and is the ideal setting for a family holiday to Barra being close to great bird-watching, angling, water sports and hill walking spots. There is also a nine hole golf course a few miles away.

The spacious accommodation consists of entrance porch, large hall, lounge with three leather sofas, separate dining room, large fully fitted dining kitchen with separate utility room. Four bedrooms, master with king size bed and ensuite shower room with power shower, three twin bedrooms, large main bathroom with electric shower and separate bath. Cooking by electricity, oil fired central heating, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, slow cooker, multi-channel Satellite TV in both lounge and dining kitchen, DVD player, VCR and pay-phone. There is also table football in the garage.

Specialities

Weekly rates are inclusive of electricity and heating. All linen, towels and beach towels provided with a high chair and travel cot available. Also provided outside garden furniture with sun loungers, gas barbeque and fishing rods. We have been awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourism Council.
