Two luxurious self catering holiday properties sleeping up to seven people in the village of Balloch, close to the shores of Loch Lomond in Scotland.

Two unique four star luxury properties, each sleeping seven and located within Scotland's first national park, just a five minute stroll from the southern shores of Loch Lomond. The apartments are set in a unique Art Deco building originally built in the 1930's and still retain their original maple feature floors. The building itself is situated in large privately maintained garden grounds with blossom trees and beautiful lawns. Balloch is set within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland's most idyllic and unspoilt areas. There are a great variety of restaurants and pubs in the local area and the cities of Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee, Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are all within touring distance of the apartment.

The apartment, one Laudervale Gardens is fully equipped to accommodate up to seven people and beds are made ready for your arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. The spacious lounge area is complete with TV, DVD, CD and a variety of DVD films and board games. There is private parking available for four cars and a cot and high chair can be made available for our younger guests.

Rooms Description

Our recently acquired townhouse is split over three levels and comprises of three double bedrooms. The large living room has a beautiful French balcony with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and there is an open plan kitchen/dining room.
