Our apartment is located in a residential area but is only 10/15 mins walk to Princes St. We are also very close to the tourist attractions of the Botanic Gardens, Modern Art and Dean Galleries, Water of Leith walkway. The no 36 bus which is directly across from the apartment can take guests to the Royal Mile or Ocean Terminal where the Royal Yacht Britannia is based.
