Burns Country Properties offer three and four star self catering holiday accommodation in and around Ayr in the South West of Scotland. Each property enjoys stunningly beautiful surroundings, one is in a conservation village, another is an historic 15th Century townhouse and the last is in a charming riverside location. Ayr is situated on the beautiful Clyde coast and has a fascinating history, fine gourmet dining and a wide range of thrilling outdoor activities. All our properties are ideally located for a short golfing break with several championship and links courses nearby that provide a challenge for any level of golfer. The courses range from the Open Championship Links of Royal Troon, Turnberry and Prestwick to the many excellent and affordable links courses stringing along the Ayrshire coast from Ayr to Irvine. We are happy to arrange your golf and equipment hire or we can put together tailor made packages to suit your every requirement.

Harbour Pointe are a collection of riverside apartments close to both Ayr town centre and the beach. The apartments sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom and each has a spacious lounge with river and sea views. Lady Cathcart is the oldest inhabited building in the town of Ayr and is laid out over two floors. The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a lounge furnished with natural materials such as slate, leather and rich, deep wood. Finally, Nursery Cottage lies in the conservation village of Alloway and has been beautifully finished by an interior designer. The cottage sleeps four in a large double or twin room and a further twin bedroom. The lounge area is again finished in warm, natural materials - the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day's activities!
