This south facing patio apartment has its own main door and is approached by a flight of steps descending into a pretty private front courtyard with a sunny seating area and a wealth of plants Very Central, but yet in a quiet location, Regent Terrace is close to almost all facilities, including restaurants and tourist sights. Most of Edinburgh 's wonderful amenities are easily accessible on foot. Regent Terrace overlooks Holyrood Palace and the New Scottish Parliament and has fine views to Arthur's Seat.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and has been awarded a Four Star rating by the Scottish Tourist Board. It is attractively decorated and furnished with antique items and appealing prints and pictures providing a homely atmosphere.
