Regent Terrace, designed by Playfair, is one of three beautiful Grade A listed terraces of Georgian houses skirting Calton Hill and located about five minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street. This south facing patio apartment has its own main door and is approached by a flight of steps descending into a pretty private front courtyard with a sunny seating area and a wealth of plants Very Central, but yet in a quiet location, Regent Terrace is close to almost all facilities, including restaurants and tourist sights. Most of Edinburgh 's wonderful amenities are easily accessible on foot. Regent Terrace overlooks Holyrood Palace and the New Scottish Parliament and has fine views to Arthur's Seat.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and has been awarded a Four Star rating by the Scottish Tourist Board. It is attractively decorated and furnished with antique items and appealing prints and pictures providing a homely atmosphere. A selection of books, toys, games, CDs and DVDs are provided for the entertainment of visitors. There is a phone for incoming calls and local and national calls. Internet access can be arranged for a small returnable deposit. Gas central heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price. Four hour ticketed parking is available outside the property at £1 per hour between 8.30 and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays '` weekends and some public holidays are free. Parking within and outside the metered zone is always available.
