A Delightful Nineteenth Century Self Catering Cottage Sleeping Up To Six Close To Crieff, Perthshire
Aberturret Cottage dates back to the nineteenth century and is nestled in the grounds of Aberturret House. Guests have the beneift of a large private garden with a burn running through it, perfect for summer barbecues or simply relaxing by the summer house. The cottage is located close to the historical town of Crieff in beautiful rural Perthshire. Here, visitors will find an interesting variety of independent shops selling Scottish crafts and produce and a variety of welcoming restaurants and public houses.
The cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing rural break or a more adventurous outdoor activity break. Activities available in the local area include a range of walks for all abilities, golf, traffic free cycling trails and a wide range of family activities. The charming city of Perth with its wealth of elegant Georgian architecture and excellent shopping is within easy reach, ideal for a bit of retail therapy! We should be pleased to supply details upon request of any specific interest or leisure pursuits you may wish to include during your holiday, such as horse riding, off-road driving, quad biking, tennis and squash.
Rooms Description
The cottage has three comfortable bedrooms. There is one double bedded room, a single room and a larger bedroom with a single futon bed. A cot and highchair are available and a stairgate can be easily fitted if required.
Specialities
The cottage is gated and secure for pets and has a kennel and large covered and lockable bicycle storage area. All guests are welcomed to the cottage with fresh flowers and fruit.

Directions
Once in Crieff, follow the A85 out of town towards Crianlarich. Just as you are leaving Crieff turn right along the road which has a brown Tourist Board signpost to The Famous Grouse Experience (Glenturret Distillery). After passing the distillery go over the small bridge and the gates to Aberturret House are on the right.
