The Alexander Residence has two well appointed luxury apartments overlooking North Inch Park and the River Tay, nestled in the heart of Perth City Centre. The apartments enjoy exceptional views of the city and are conveniently located just a five minute walk from the centre of town. Both apartments have been awarded the only 5 Star Rating by the Scottish Tourist Board for self catering accomodation in Perth. The two apartments combined can accomodate up to twelve guests and are easily accessible via a shared stairwell.

Both the Rose and Barossa Apartments have three double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. They are furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
