Am Bathach or 'The Barn' is available as double or family accomodation and is a detached stone building modernised to a high standard, providing comfortable, undisturbed accomodation next to the house of the proprietors. The Barn is situated at the heart of Killin, within easy reach of the local shops, restaurants and places of interest whilst at the same time offering superb views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a kitchen which can be used to cook your own meals and contains a washing machine. Any washed clothes can be tumble dried for you. A full breakfast of generous proportions is delivered each morning at a time to suit the visitor. The menu for this consists of tasty as well as healthy eating options with a wide selection of courses that rely on local and home baked produce. In-house entertainment includes a wide range of books, games and a television and DVD with a selection of films with a Scottish theme to them.
