Our convenient situation makes this the ideal base for anyone visiting Scotland. Livingston town is only two minutes away with its array of shops, including a designer outlet.

There is much to see and do in the local area and there are many superb golf courses within easy reach. We are only too happy to help you plan a golfing trip. Included in our room rate is a full Scottish breakfast, plus a wide selection of fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurts. All breakfasts are served with toast, delicious homemade preserves and a pot of tea or cafetiere of fresh coffee.
