The historic School House at Edgerston just south of Jedburgh off the A68 has been awarded the highest 5 star grade by the Scottish Tourist Board. This character Bed and Breakfast, accommodating upto 4 guests, is a listed historic structure once serving as school and accommodation for school master or mistress up until 1945. Period features are enhanced by stunning interior period and antique decor and furnishings. Each room has a unique theme. Numerous walks are direct from the property in adjacent woods and farmland and guests are welcome to relax in our large garden.

Breafasts are served in the atmospheric farmhouse styled kitchen and three course evening meals are offered in the romantic minstrel gallery dining room. Guests can expect the highest standard of traditional Scottish cuisine including local Venison, Salmon or Border lamb. The property benefits from Restricted Hotel Licence and guests can select from a wide choice of wines, beers and spirits. Special diets are catered for by prior arrangement. Smoking is only permitted outside the property where facilities are provided. Ample parking is on-site and a choice of leisure activities including golf, fishing, riding, cycling and hiking are within easy reach.
