Newmills Cottage is a delightful house set in its own grounds with ample private parking and lovely gardens. The house now offers four star Scottish Tourist Board accommodation in peaceful surroundings. The house is superbly located just seven miles from Edinburgh city centre and just five miles from the airport. Whatever your reason for visiting the area, Newmills Cottage provides the best of both worlds - tranquil surroundings close to the historic city of Edinburgh.

The Borders, Perthshire, St Andrews, Stiring and the Trossachs are all easily reached for day visits and we would be delighted to help guests with arrangements for routes etc. For those who are looking for a little more privacy we offer self contained accommodation in The Studio. The property has its own mini kitchen complete with fridge, sink-unit, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster. Ample continental breakfast supplies are provided for the duration of your stay.
