Featured over 3 floors, the house benefits from 2 spacious bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms, designer kitchen, utility room, dining room, conservatory and bay windowed lounge. Additionally there is a secluded walled garden to the rear and private parking for two cars at the front of the property.

The ground floor comprises entrance vestibule, hall, large bay windowed lounge with Hi Fi, LCD widescreen TV and DVD. Towards the rear is the designer oak kitchen which leads through to the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and cloakroom. The dining room provides access to the conservatory which overlooks the private secluded walled garden to the rear of the property.

On the first floor is a double bedroom, spacious cherub room and the, grand, master bedroom (originally the drawing room). There is a spa inspired bathroom with separate shower unit tiled in Italian marble and a separate cloakroom facility. On the uppermost floor there are two further bedrooms; a pretty double and a spacious a spacious twin room.
