Foxwood is a house full of character, surrounded by breathtaking country side views across acres of land. There is a blend of mountains and moorland, sea and islands, green fields with sheep and cattle.

The house has superb views of the Cuillin mountain range to the south, and of Loch Bracadale and MacLeod's Tables to the north-west. Eagles, larks and herons fly overhead; the ground is bright with bluebells and primroses in spring, followed by a host of other wild flowers including orchids. Seals, whales, dolphins and octopus are found in the surrounding waters, and otters can be seen on land or water. There is a stillness that has to be experienced, and everywhere you may find magic. The sunsets and sunrises can be unbelievable
