Relax in the large lounge area with wood burning stove, lit on chilly evenings. If you are tired of arriving at a bed and breakfast and finding that it is not all you had hoped for then Linthorpe B&B is the place for you. Each of our guest rooms is complete with new bed, handmade organic cotton bedlinen and super new hypo allergenic duvets and pillows. We encourage one and all to chill out and repair the soul - if this means staying in bed until 2 pm then this is not a problem, though we won't be making the bed with you in it! We can arrange for spa treatments during your stay to further aid your rest and relaxation.
We believe that modern living has removed the sense of satisfaction gained from catching, preparing and cooking your own food or creating your own yarns and clothing. Sue is a qualified, licensed and insured Advanced Fly Fishing Instructor and courses are available. Sue is also a world renowned wool spinning and textile tutor and there are monthly workshops in which guests can participate. Home cooked evening meals, made using local sourced and organic food wherever possible, are available here. Later guests are welcome to relax in the large lounge with wood burning stove.
Linthorpe offers three bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one twin and one double with a shared bathroom. Alternatively, why not experience a real change and sleep in our domed Nomadic tent during the summer months!
Optional evening meals are available.
