A warm Highland welcome awaits at Braigh Uige in Uig on the Isle of Skye. We are proud to be one of only two Uig bed and breakfast accommodations with a Scottish Tourist Board 4 start rating. We have lived on the island all of our lives and are more than happy to share with you our knowledge of local history, culture, scenery, wildlife and other attractions.

Uig is the ferry port for the Western Isles and so is a convenient place to stay overnight for people travelling on ferries. Uig is also a good base for touring the Isle of Skye itself. There are good places to eat and drink within easy reach of the accommodation and good local walks ranging from easy to strenuous in terms of difficulty. Outdoor activities available close by include pony trekking, fishing, boat trips, canoeing, windsurfing and archery.
