Lakeview Guest House - Stranraer

A charming three star Stranraer B&B guesthouse in a scenic seafront location overlooking Lochryan and the Irish Ferries, walking distance of the town centre

Lakeview Guest House is superbly situated right on the seafront and looks out over Lochryan and all Irish ferries. This Victorian town house retains much of its original character and offers attractive and accomodating bed and breakfast. The town centre of Stranraer, with all of its amenities, is within easy walking distance of the accomodation. The Stena Line Ferry terminal, railway and bus station are also within easy reach from which we can arrange a courtesy pick up.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am, and includes fruit juice and cereals, followed by a full cooked breakfast with toast, coffee or tea. Special diets and an early breakfast can also be catered for, by prior arrangement. We are happy to accept guests who arrive late in the evening, or in the early morning from the Stranraer or Cairnryan ferries, and we offer a pick up / drop off service for guests arriving by train, coach or ferry along with walkers doing the Southern Upland Way.
