Carn Mohr Bed and Breakfast is set in Aviemore at the heart of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park. We are conveniently located on the outskirts Aviemore with views of the high tops of the world famous Cairngorms and the Graigellachie National Nature Reserve. Here the visitor has the best of both worlds, easy access to a dramatic and unspoilt landscape coupled with the shops, restaurants and bars of the centre of Aviemore, just a 15 minute walk away. There are so many things to see and do in and around the Aviemore area whether it's a leisurely game of golf at one of the strath's superb courses; fishing for salmon or white water rafting on the River Spey; skiing and snowboarding at the Cairngorm ski area; or taking a stroll through the beautiful surrounding countryside. In the evening, whether you're looking for excellent Scottish cooking (traditional or modern), for a tasty bar supper, an Indian, Italian or good old Fish & Chips there's something for everyone in the area. Aviemore has a huge choice of places to eat, and further afield you'll find both lunchtime and evening venues throughout the valley that cater for every taste.

In the main house we have two family rooms with a double bed and single bed and en-suite facilities; and a double room with private shower room. And the annexe offers something a little different from most B&Bs. There are two family rooms in chalet style accommodation which are ideal for families with young children or groups such a skiers or hill-walkers. Kiddies enjoy the two bunk house style beds in particular! All rooms have been recently decorated and have their own TV. There is a comfortable public lounge with a large TV and DVD player, and HI-FI, and we have a patio for guests wanting to enjoy a barbecue and the surrounding views. We're open for both Christmas & Hogmanay Breaks and Aviemore has a range of organised celebrations and activities over the festive period, including Santa and real life reindeer on Christmas Eve. We have a strong recycling ethos with separate bins in the rooms for any recyclable refuse.
