Mayfield Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful seven bedroomed family home with two double ensuite rooms for B&B guests. It is owned and run by Sarah Hope. It is a great base to explore the stunning Moray Firth region of Scotland. Also available is Nethercroft Cottage which is a quiet, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroomed bungalow for if you prefer to have a home from home.

Forres is one of Scotlands oldest small towns and also one of its most attractive. It is about 27 miles from Inverness and is abundant in history, with Brodie Castle just five miles away. For the more active there is golf, cycling, riding and of course some spectacular walks amongst some of the most scenic routes in Scotland. Any trip to Forres would not be complete without a trip to the Malt Distillery or to one of the many sandy beaches and maybe catch a glimpse of the Moray Firth Dolphins.
