Braeside House is conveniently situated just a few minute's walk from the town centre of St Andrews and its many attractions. We are ideally situated for tourists, family visiting their sons or daughters at St Andrews University, or for golfers playing on the world famous St Andrews Old Course or one of the other five superb golf courses on the Links. Alternatively, you can be is Carnoustie in 45 minutes.

This bed and breakfast location is the perfect setting for a short break or a longer stay on Scotland's sunny east coast. Explore two of Britain's best quality beaches, the award winning St Andrews West Sands Beach and the superb St Andrews East Sands. Other attractions within easy reach are the Botanic Gardens, just five minute's walk from Braeside, Kilburn Park and the British Golf Museum. The main shopping areas are a few minutes walk from Braeside House and are concentrated in Market Street and South Street, with Bell Street and Church Street connecting the two principal streets.

Rooms Description

Our spacious twin and double bedrooms are all en-suite and tastefully furnished. Each is equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and clock radio. All guests are greeted with a welcome tray, which includes Scottish shortbread, on arrival at the house.
