Four star guest accommodation in an elegant Victorian house overlooking the River Tay in the highland village of Aberfeldy. Surrounding Highland Perthshire is a land of mountains, lochs, rivers and glens and has a huge diversity of local wildlife. Tigh'n Eilean is the perfect base from which to explore the many delights of the area and lovers of the outdoors will certainly not be disappointed by the range of activities on offer. These activities include everything from hillwalking, trout and salmon fishing, pony trekking, bowling, tennis and of course golf. Aberfeldy's own 18 hole golf course is just a minute's walk away from the guest house.

Other attractions in the local area include the magnificent Glen Lyon, the longest and loveliest in Scotland; the Scottish Crannog Centre; the Birks of Aberfeldy, which inspired some of the works of Robert Burns; and Scotland's leading watersports and activities centre on Loch Tay at Croft-na-Caber. Each day begins with a traditional, home cooked, Scottish breakfast in the cosy dining room and we are only too happy to cater for special diets by prior arrangement. Each bedroom has been individually decorated in its own unique style, combining period character with modern comforts. Each guest room is equipped with TV, hair dryer, hospitality tray and central heating. We offer a choice of twin and double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a luxurious Jacuzzi.
