The Old Rectory is a small, traditional guest house with beautiful period features. It is ideally situated right on the sea front of Largs, Ayrshire, offering panoramic views across the Firth of Clyde to the Scottish Isles of Cumbrae and Arran. On a clear day you can even see the island of Ailsa Craig, 30 miles away! It is just a short walk down the promenade to Largs town centre, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and amusements. Local activities include sailing, walking, golf and pony trekking. There is also a local ferry service where you can take a ferry to either Cumbrae of the Isle of Bute for days out. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room. There is also a spacious lounge which is for the exclusive use of the guests. Here you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views over Largs Bay and beyond.

This cosy guest house has only 2 bedrooms. One is a spacious double room, and the other is a twin room. Both rooms have televisions and tea making facilities. The en suite bathrooms come with bathrobes and hairdryers. Both rooms are comfortably furnished and the twin room has the added bonus of a picturesque sea view over the Clyde.
