The Grampian is superbly located close to shops, restaurants and bars of the West End of Dundee

The Grampian is available on an exclusive basis for large groups and parties, maximum of sixteen.

Breakfast is served in our bright and airy dining room between 7.30 am and 9 pm.

We have a choice between single, double, twin and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities.

The Grampian Hotel is a beautifully restored town house located in the university conservation area, just one mile from the city centre and all of its amenities. World class golf, shooting, fishing and hill walking are all on our doorstep. St Andrews, Carnoustie, Glamis Castle and Perth are all within 20 minutes drive. The Angus Coast and Glens, with their wonderful wildlife, birds and flora are all nearby.

From The Grampian it is just a short walk to the pubs, shops and restaurants of the West End of Dundee. The hotel is conveniently located for access to those travelling from North and South being less than one mile from the airport, rail station and motorways. We are also convenient for Ninewells and Fernbrae Hospitals, Wellcome Trust, SCRI, Technology Park and Universities, Rep and Whitehall Theatres, Dundee Contemporary Arts and Seabraes Media Centre.

We have a choice of four double rooms and four twin rooms all with en-suite facilities. Extra beds are available to convert to family rooms.
