The Spean Bridge Hotel is a STB 2 Star Awarded former coaching inn situated in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Offering a delightful choice of clean, comfortable rooms and a warm and inviting restaurant, this is a place of real character and comfort and is the perfect place to relax and get away from modern day pressures. The hotel is a base for many activities in the Lochaber area. For those Munroists, the hotel is a great base for the Grey Corries. The village is surrounded by stunning scenery for those walking or motoring around the Highlands. There are also many Highland Activities in the area, including the Jacobite Cruises and Tour, for a spot of hill walking, Gairlochy is near by, with the Great Glen Way experience. Also available to the walkers is a free drying room for your clothes, and shoes. Whilst next door o the hotel there is a nine hole golf course for those who enjoy a game or two.

The Spean Bridge Hotel offers a choice of single, double, twin and family bedrooms to guests. All rooms have a bath or a shower, some both, as well as Sky television and tea and coffee making facilities. A warm welcome is assured and guests are welcome to use the lounge in which to relax.The hotel also boasts its own restaurant serving a wide range of good food from snacks to a hearty meal with weddings and functions also catered for. The restaurant is a cosy, relaxing place where you can enjoy the finest organic wines from around the world, as well as choosing from a varied menu including steak sizzlers and authentic curries to a la carte, al fresco menus and bar meals. The hotel also has its own Fish & Chip takeaway shop, which has been a great success for both visitors and locals.

Rooms Description

Accommodation is spread between the main hotel, annex and chalets. All accommodation, apart from two economy rooms, are en suite with either bath or shower, some have both. Rooms in the main hotel and annex cover single, double, twin, family rooms for a family with one child and one room can take up to 3 children. The rooms all have tea/coffee making facilities and tv, including 5 sky chanels. The chalets have family accommodation with a double bed and a set of bunk beds or a double and single bed. There are two bunkhouses for 2 people and one for six people. All chalets have tea/coffee making facilities and tv. Limited dog friendly or smoking accommodation available.

The hotel is able to offer an eating experience to suit all pockets and tastes. The restaurant (in season) is a cosy, relaxing place where you can enjoy the finest organic wines from around the world, as well as choosing from a varied menu including steak sizzlers and authentic curries to a la carte, al fresco menus and Commando bar bistro (all year). The hotel also has its own Fish & Chip takeaway shop, which has been a great success for both visitors and locals. We are proud to include a unique exhibition dedicated to the Commandos who trained in the area during WWII and include our present day Commandos. The Commando monument is a mile from the hotel.
