Welcome to The Annandale Arms with its AA Rosetted restaurant, winners of Scotland's National Hotel Award's 'Real Food Award 2009 for Dumfriesshire'. Right in the middle of Moffat, the Annandale Arms Hotel has been a major local landmark for 250 years. Just a few minutes from the M74/M6 motorway, The Annandale Arms is a small, family run hotel offering a level of comfort and service that is hard to equal. With just sixteen bedrooms it retains an intimate atmosphere and yet has been the focus of Moffat town centre since 1760. The hotel has an excellent AA-rosette awarded restaurant, an interesting and balanced wine list, a fine selection of single malt whiskies and real ale served in the oak panelled bar.

The Annandale Arms Hotel has two function suites. The larger can seat 120 delegates and the smaller up to 45. They are both available for conferences (free WIFI connection), meetings, parties, receptions and weddings. The hotel is registered for marriages / partnerships. Combine all this with stylish bedrooms, WIFI throughout and free off street car parking and you have a winning combination. The AA rosetted restaurant at the Annandale Arms is open to both residents and non-residents and provides 'the place to eat in Moffat'. Voted the Game-to-Eat Restaurant of the Month for September 2009.

Rooms Description

Come and stay in one of our new bedrooms. All have been recently refurbished in a modern contemporary style yet with sympathy for the building's history. Overlooking the private courtyard at the rear of the hotel and away from the bustle of Moffat High Street, enjoy some well deserved peace and tranquillity. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and the majority have both bath and shower. To ensure a comfortable night sleep, there are pocket sprung mattresses on the beds and, of course, all rooms have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, WIFI, digital television, telephone and hair drier as standard.
