The hotel enjoys a fine reputation for dining and the head chef, Jim Kerr, has over thirty years experience in the industry. Jim and his team create exquisite dishes using only the best quality locally sourced ingredients and served in the relaxing dining room with views over the formal gardens and woodlands. The hotel has seven meeting rooms, accommodating between two and one hundred and twenty people in a theatre style. The highest standard of audio and visual equipment is available and all rooms have a full black out facility and natural daylight.
