Rosebank Guest House is run by John and Mairi Brady and is situated in the beautiful city of Perth, Scotland. Perth is centrally situated just one hour from Edinburgh and ninety minutes from Glasgow. The city itself has lots of attractions including Scone Palace, the Fergusson Gallery, Branklyn Gardens and a beautiful town centre. Whether it be walking, Historic buildings and attractions, bird watching, dining out or family fun, the Fair City of Perth will certainly suit all tastes as there is something for everyone.

The property is a classic nineteenth century Victorian Villa and retains many original features such as high ceilings, spacious rooms and intricate ceiling plater works. The classic features blenmd seamlessly with the property's modern features to create a comfortable space in which you can relax and enjoy your stay. The dining room is on the ground floor and is the ideal place to start the day with our delicious breakfast or enjoy an intimate evening meal from our wholeome menu.
