Geraldine and Joe welcome you to Baytree House, set in the historic Old High Street of Kirkcudbright. It is a unique property, a very attractive and spacious old Georgian townhouse tastefully decorated throughout yet retaining most of the original features. The guest house is located in the historic quarter of town and is within easy walking distance of all attractions and amenities. Kircudbright and the surrounding district offers museums, art galleries, castles, shops, natural beaches, marina, harbour, a range of summer festivities as well as golf, fishing, walking, bird-watching. All the convenience of a pretty town in a river-side setting amongst rolling hills and bluebell woods.

We offer three large and attractive bedrooms, all elegantly furnished and each with its individual character. Ensuite rooms TV, ironing and tea and coffee making facilities as well as bottled mineral water, welcome sherry and complimentary postcard. We also have a family/children's room which is not ensuite. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and toiletries.
