Upper Coltbridge is a lovely four bedroom apartment in Edinburgh sleeping from 2 to 8 people including children, fabulously located just one mile from the city centre, and enjoying fantastic views. This apartment is ideal for large groups or two families holidaying together. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac yet is just a fifteen minute walk from the centre of the city and its myriad attractions. Upper Coltbridge is 100 years old and has many original Victorian features, such as fireplaces and cornicing.

The apartment is located in the prestigious area of Murrayfield and is only a short walk from Murrayfield Stadium, famous for its rugby. Just two minute's walk from the flat visitors will find the local shops, a popular French cafe and the local pub. Other attractions within easy reach include the Sir Walter Scott's Monument, Edinburgh Zoo, Princess Street Gardens and Edinburgh Castle.

Rooms Description

There are 4 bedrooms, each of which is well furnished with contemporary solid wood furniture: 1 room with double bed 1 room with single bed 1 room with kingsize bed 1 room with two single beds. There is also a blow up bed for an extra person and a cot. The rooms have lovely views and like the flat, were newly furnished in August 2007. The flat has three reception rooms: There is a large dining room with leather seats and solid wood furniture with beautiful views as well as an original fireplace. A large comfortable lounge has leather chairs and sofas as well a 32" wide screen digital TV, DVD player and freeview. There is also an original fireplace in this room. The kitchen has a pretty window seat and is well equipped to cook up a gourmet meal! There are the usual mod cons, such as microwave, fridge freezer etc. The vacuum cleaner and other cleaning appliances are also kept here. The flat is kept spotlessly clean and has homely features such as books, games and toys for visitors to use.

There is FREE parkng outside the flat on the street. We are particularly proud of the welcome pack we provide. This can include eggs, juice, milk, fruit, crisps, bread, tea, coffee etc. We also put in essential items like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, soap and dishwashing liquid etc to start you off. You will find flowers to welcome you and beds ready made for your arrival.
