Lovely Self Catering House Newly Available And With Superb Views Over The Loch, Lochdon, Mull

Seilisdeir is newly available on the letting market and enjoys a perfect location on the edge of the Loch. The ideal place to relax and take in the ever changing scenery and watch the huge variety of wildlife in the area. The island is home to over 250 different bird species including the White-tailed Eagle, where they now have a stronghold. Minke whales, porpoises and dolphins are among the sea life that can be seen on boat tours from Mull.

Seilisdeir faces south west over Lochdon and the hills beyond. Lochdon itself is a pretty little village situated on the A849 Craignure to Fionnphort road - the road to Iona. Craignure has a well stocked tourist information office, as well as a Spar, Post Office, public house, garage and local internet café.

Rooms Description

Downstairs there is a large open plan sitting room/kitchen with open fire and four picture windows providing superb views over the loch. Dining is in the new conservatory. There is also a downstairs loo/shower room. An annexe provides a large bedroom with superking sized bed which is suitable for both family use and disabled use - can be split to provide two 3ft beds, plus there is a pullout bed. It has an adjoining wetroom kitted out for disabled use, plus a smaller second kitchen. Upstairs is an en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus separate bathroom.

Specialities

Our main speciality is the stunning view from the property out over the loch and the hills beyond. Also the downstairs of the house is suitable for disabled visitors and a travel cot is available free of charge. The property is great for grandparents travelling with a family where you want to holiday together, but also want your own space.
