A luxury self catering holiday villa just 300 yards from the seafront in Whiting Bay, Isle of Arran

Strathconon offers luxury accommodation on the outskirts of the popular seaside village of Whiting Bay on the east coast of Arran. The cottage has four bedrooms sleeping up to ten people and provides the perfect base for groups to explore the island. The cottage is just 300 yards from the seafront and the shops and restaurants of Whiting Bay are within easy reach. The property has been awarded a category three disabled award and the downstairs double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with handrails and shower seat.

The cottage is well equipped and the luxuriously furnished lounge has views of the glen. The lounge is equipped with widescreen TV, DVD, videorecorder, HiFi and a Playstation 2. The dining room has seating for eight and a small library of books and DVDs for those cosy evenings in. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and informal breakfast bar. The enclosed garden has a spacious patio with table and seats for those visiting during the warmer months.

Rooms Description

There are four bedrooms, two are double with en-suite shower rooms whilst the other two share a spacious bathroom with over shower bath. These two rooms have zip and link beds which can either be double or twin rooms.
