Freuchies Mill luxury self catering cottage provids first class accommodation in the village of Kirkton of Glenisla close to the border of Perthshire and Angus, Scotland. Easily accessible from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, the house and landscaped grounds are set in tranquil countryside in the heart of Scotland. The scenic setting is perfect for walking the Perthshire Hills, the Angus Glens and the Cateran Trail - a circular walk taking in Blairgowrie Glenisla and Glenshee. Anglers will enjoy the fishing challenges of the rivers Tay, Isla and Ericht also the Lintrathen and Backwater reservoirs - all within easy reach. Freuchies Mill began life as a threshing mill in the ninetenth century and has since been lovingly renovated to provide the highest standard of self catering accommodation. The mill is set in its own enclosed private garden and has access to the extensive grounds of the main house. The sitting room has ample seating and is equipped with TV, DVD, video and log burning stove for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, washer dryer and microwave. The sun lounge extension has picture windows and french doors leading onto the patiowith its sheltered barbecue area and seating.

The cottage has three furnished bedrooms (two super king double and one double) and has additional sleeping for two on a sofa bed in the lounge area.

Specialities

Prepared evening meals can be obtained from the B&B by arrangement. All bed linen and towels provided at no extra cost. Locked storage available. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs in the house - welcome by prior arrangement. No smoking inside the house.
