To explore the village of St Margarets Hope is like stepping back in time. Being in the centre of the village, we are close to all local amenities, such as the two local inns and shops.

The St Margarets Hope ferry is an ideal way to travel to the guest house andthe passage offers views of the uninhabited islands of Stroma and Swona during the one hour journey. If you love good wholesome food you are sure to enjoy a visit to West End House. Here guests start the day with a choice of breakfasts including Aga cooked porridge, kedgeree, smoked salmon, bacon, egg and Orkney sausages.
