Breadalbane House offers luxurious yet affordable bed & breakfast accommodation at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands. It is situated in an incomparable region of natural beauty amidst a backdrop of Munroes which include Ben Lawers & The Tarmachan Ridge. There is an abudance of wildlife in their natural habitat, rare alphine flowers & plants in the hills to be discovered. Killin is also the half way point on the Rob Roy Way making it an ideal stopoff point for walkers and is a 90 minutes drive from almost all major towns & cities in Scotland. The world famous Falls of Dochart on the river which flows through the village are a must see.

The Guest House provides comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation and caters for a full range of holidays - groups, couples & families. A traditional hearty breakfast is provided which is sourced locally. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Private parking is available and there are storage facilities for cycles. There is a Residents' Lounge to unwind in after your day of exploring.
