Auldness House, situated on the banks of the River Ness is a three storey, 19th century listed property, retaining many attractive period features. The spacious 4 bedroom house can accommodate 8 people comfortably with two double and two twin bedded rooms. Auldness Cottage is a small charming two storey property with two bedrooms. The cottage is attached to the main house at the rear with its own private access.

Auldness House comprises of ground floor: large dining room with feature fireplace and river view. Well equipped kitchen and small porch with patio doors leading to garden. First floor: Bright spacious lounge with superb elevated view of the river and hills beyond. Double bedroom with garden view. Bathroom and additional toilet. Second floor: Twin bedroom with garden view. Double and twin bedrooms with river view. Shower room. Auldness Cottage comprises of ground floor: open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Toilet. First floor: one double bedroom and second bedroom has single bed with pull-out stowaway. Shower room. All rooms have garden view.
